Ball State:
Men's Tennis Tops Xavier
MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State men's tennis team (1-2) made a comeback in singles action to earn the 4-3 victory over Xavier (1-3) Saturday afternoon at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center. The Musketeers took doubles wins from the Cardinals on courts one and two, in that order, to take the early 1-0 lead over Ball State. All three courts played hard for Ball State, barely losing on court two, Danilio Kovacevic alongside Tom Carney lost 7-6 (4) to Xavier's Connor Lafavre and Matthew Graft. The Guzina twins, Marko and Nemanja, suffered a 6-3 loss on the top court and Chris Adams paired up with Thibault De Negri at the No. 3 spot, the match went unfinished at 5-5.

Binghamton:
Bearcats Fall to Temple
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Visiting Temple (3-2) won a hard-fought doubles point and then took five of the six singles matches to pin a 6-1 setback on Binghamton men's tennis (3-2) Sunday afternoon at the Binghamton Tennis Center. Junior No. 2 Kushaan Nath provided BU with its lone point, thanks to a strong straight-set win. Nath improved to 3-1 in duals this spring. Earlier the No. 2 doubles team of senior Ludovico Cestarollo and freshman Dylan Friedman won their match.

Buffalo:
Bulls Drop Close Match To Temple
WILLIAMSVILLE, NY – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team suffered its first loss of the season on Saturday as the Bulls fell 4-3 to Temple. The two teams split the singles contests, but Temple ended up winning the important doubles point. Buffalo claimed a win at second doubles as Ethan Nittolo and Hao Sheng Koay secured a 6-2 victory after Temple won the match at first doubles. In third doubles, the two teams went to a tiebreaker, which Temple won 7-4 to earn the first point of the evening.

Men's Tennis Sweeps Illinois State & UMKC
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University men's tennis team earned a pair of wins on Sunday, topping UMKC, 4-1, and Illinois State, 4-3. The two victories capped off a perfect 3-0 weekend for the Huskies as they improved to 4-4 on the season. NIU opened the day by defeating the Kangaroos of UMKC and took the doubles point to open the match. Senior Eric Marbach and sophomore Kristopher Ortega were victorious at number one, 6-4, while sophomore Victor Spolidorio and freshman Mikko Malinen earned a 6-2 win at number two.

Huskies Top Creighton In First Home Match
ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University men's tennis team defeated Creighton, 5-2, on Saturday afternoon at Boylan Tennis Center in its first home match of the season. The Huskies won the doubles point and picked up four singles victories as they improved to 2-4 on the season. In the doubles, senior Eric Marbach and sophomore Kristopher Ortega topped Mac Mease and Stratton Brown at number one, 6-1, while freshman David Pata and junior Shao-Yu Yu were victorious at number three, 6-1, over Joe Hoff and Armando Gandini to give the Huskies the point.

Men's Tennis Bests Denison, 6-1
TOLEDO, Ohio -- The University of Toledo men's tennis team defeated Division III opponent Denison, 6-1, at Shadow Valley Tennis Club in Maumee on Sunday. The Rockets' win featured three sweeps in singles play. The Rockets cliched the doubles point with victories from senior duo Luka Vitosevic/Omar Espinosa defeating their opponents 6-2 at the No. 1 spot and junior duo Thawin Suksathaporn/Danilo Vukotic defeating their opponents 6-3 at the No. 2 position. No. 3 doubles was left unfinished with senior Juan Carranza/freshman Cole Shoults trailing 3-4.

Rockets Topple Warriors, 6-1
TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo men's tennis team posted a 6-1 win over NCAA Division II opponent Wayne State on Friday. The Rockets started strong by securing the doubles point with wins from the senior duo of Omar Espinosa/Luka Vitosevic (6-4) and the senior/freshman duo of Juan Carranza/Cole Shoults (6-3). Five Rockets swept their opponents in two sets, while Espinosa fought Pierre Renaudie in a three-set thriller. Espinosa started off strong, winning a tight first set (7-5) before dropping the second set (6-3). In the third-set tiebreaker, Espinosa fought to come back to gain the win 10-3.
