Cardinals Post Pair of Wins Over Taylor
MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State men's tennis team swept a double-header against Taylor University Friday night at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center. With the win, the Cardinals improved to 10-2 overall for the spring season. The Cardinals secured the double points in both of their matches against the Trojans sweeping all six matches. Ball State would take an early 1-0 lead heading into singles play in its doubleheader against Taylor University.

Binghamton:
Bearcats Bounced By NJIT 6-1
NEWARK, N.J. - New Jersey Institute of Technology (5-2) won the doubles point and five of the six singles matches to defeat Binghamton men's tennis (3-10) 6-1 Sunday afternoon at The Naimoli Family Athletic and Recreational Facility. Sophomore No. 2 Kushaan Nath provided BU's lone point with a straight-set win.

Men's Tennis Falls At Nebraska
LINCOLN, Neb. -- Senior Tom Hjertonsson picked up a singles victory but the Northern Illinois University men's tennis team fell at Nebraska, 4-1, on Saturday evening. The Huskies fell to 10-5 with the loss to the Cornhuskers. Nebraska took the doubles point to open the match. Linus Erhart and Toby Boyer topped senior Georg Lundkvist and sophomore Bor Schweiger Muzar at number one, 6-3, while Dylan Bednarczyk and Chris Dean bettered senior Louis-Philippe Hamel and Hjertonsson at number three, 6-4.

Huskies Earn 6-1 Win Over Creighton
OMAHA, Neb. – The Northern Illinois University men's tennis team opened its final non-conference weekend on a positive note as the Huskies downed Creighton, 6-1, on Friday afternoon at the Hanscom Tennis Courts With the win, the Huskies improve to 10-4 on the season. After splitting the first two doubles matches to finish, NIU took the third match to win the first point of the day. Seniors Tom Hjertonsson and Louis-Philippe Hamel opened doubles play with a 6-3 win over Brooks Kendall and Armando Gandini at number three. Creighton won the match at number two before sophomore Bor Schweiger Muzar and senior Georg Lundkvist outlasted Alex Koca and Stratton Brown, 7-5, at number one to take the point.

Men's Tennis Falls At Princeton
PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 39-ranked Western Michigan men's tennis team dropped its second consecutive match at Princeton on Sunday afternoon with a final score of 5-2 inside Jadwin Gym. With the loss, the Broncos conclude their nonconference schedule and are 11-4 overall to begin Mid-American Conference play. The Tigers took the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3 in that order, taking a 1-0 lead heading into singles play. Sophomore Jannik Opitz extended his winning streak to two with a win at 7-6, 6-1 win at No. 2 to even the score at 1-1.

Broncos Drop 4-3 Match At Penn State
UNIVERSITY PARK, PA. – The No. 39-ranked Western Michigan men's tennis team saw its three-match winning streak come to an end at Penn State with a 4-3 nail-biting loss at University Park on Friday afternoon. Following the loss, the Broncos fall to 11-3 overall and 2-2 against Big Ten opponents this season. The Bronco doubles duo of Jannik Opitz and Kennosuke Nouchi won the first doubles match at No. 2 but wins at No. 1 and No. 3 for the Nittany Lions sealed the doubles point for Penn State.
