Andrew McNally, Kent State—Sophomore, Uniontown, Ohio (Lake High School)
Kent State sophomore Andrew McNally won a 184-pound title, going 4-0 at the Cleveland State Open this past Saturday. In his opening bout, he pinned Bucknell’s Jacob Ferreira in 1:07. McNally followed that with a dominant 9-1 major decision of Buffalo’s Peter Acciardi. In the semifinals, McNally blanked Indiana’s Norman Conley 4-0. He topped Northwestern’s Jack Jessen 5-1 in the championship round, allowing only two points over four matches. McNally is 18-4 on the season with 14 bonus-point victories.

Missouri senior Daniel Lewis at 184 lbs. earned a first-period pin over Buffalo’s Jake Lanning, helping Mizzou to its 25th consecutive dual win and 11th straight in MAC dual meets. His pin gave him 100 career wins, making him the 28th Mizzou wrestler to break into the 100-win club. The pin was his sixth of the season and 42nd in his career, both of which are team-highs this season.
