East Division
Erica Johnson, Ohio, Forward
Freshman – Mansfield, Ohio/Mansfield Senior

Redshirt Freshman Erica Johnson (Mansfield, Ohio) set her career-best in Ohio's 73-66 win over IUPUI, who is ranked No. 28 in the latest RPI. Johnson had an impressive 10 points in the first quarter in the win. The Mansfield, Ohio native added seven rebounds - including three offensive boards - and assisted on six baskets as well. Johnson was 2-of-5 from deep, and her two and ones in the fourth quarter sparked Ohio to a comeback. Johnson is now averaging 11.6 points per game and shooting 46.4 percent from the field this season.
 
West Division
Oshlynn Brown, Ball State, Forward
Sophomore – Chillicothe, Ohio/Chillicothe

Sophomore forward Oshlynn Brown registered a career-high 25 points to help lift Ball State past Western Kentucky by a score of 86-83 Sunday afternoon in E.A. Diddle Arena.  Brown also added 10 rebounds for her seventh career double-double performance.  Although it was a tight contest, the Cardinals used rebounding and free throw shooting to help with the victory.  Brown had eight defensive rebounds and was sent to the line 10 times. Brown went 9-of-10 from the charity stripe and went 2-for-2 with seconds remaining to help seal the victory for the Cardinals.  It was the first time since 2008 that Ball State had defeated Western Kentucky on the Lady Toppers home court. Brown finished the contest shooting 67 percent (8-of-12) from the field and 90 percent (9-of-10) from the free throw line.

Jenna Annecchiarico, Eastern Michigan, Guard
Freshman – Baldwin, New York/Baldwin

Freshman Jenna Annecchiarico continued to show why she is one of the top point guards in the league at Longwood, Dec. 15, as she led Eastern Michigan to a 64-45 win. Behind Annecchiarico's 14-point, seven-assist performance, the Eagles won their third straight game to move to 6-2 on the season. Annecchiarico improved upon her sixth-ranked assist to turnover ratio nationally, dishing out seven helpers and turning the ball over just once in 40 mintues of play. Furthermore, Annecchiarico already ranks tied for ninth in EMU history in assists by a freshman.
 
Presley Hudson, Central Michigan, Guard
Senior – Wayland, Michigan/Wayland Union

Presley Hudson continued her phenomenal start to the 2018-19 season as the Chippewas returned to action with a 66-57 road win at Vanderbilt on Saturday. The senior guard paced the Chippewas offense with 24 points on 9-of-17 from the field. With her 3-of-9 performance from long distance, Hudson broke the MAC record for career three-pointers made with her 331st career triple surpassing Kiyanna Black, who made 329 while playing at Ohio from 2012-16. Hudson also posted a team-high six assists to go along with six boards in the victory over the Commodores.
  
Megan Sefcik, Akron, Guard
R-Senior – Austintown, Ohio/Austintown Fitch

Redshirt Megan Sefcik lead Akron to its sixth win of the season and third at home against Canisius (62-53). The senior captain scored 24 points against the Golden Griffins while grabbing 4 rebounds, dished out three assists, and ripped two steals. Sefcik has now made four or more shots from long range in all eight games for the Zips while scoring in double figures in 17 of her last 23 games.
 
Deja Wimby, Western Michigan. Point Guard
Senior - Fort Wayne, Indiana/Snider

Senior point guard Deja Wimby led Western Michigan to its second road victory of the season at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla., on Sunday, Dec. 16, defeating the Owls 69-59. WMU tied a season-high with 69 points while Wimby recorded her first double-double of the season and seventh of her career with 18 points and a career-high 13 rebounds. She also added seven assists and five steals and is now just three helpers away from 400 in her career.
