Larry Early, Old Dominion—Junior, Oak Park, Ill. (Oak Park River Forest High School)
 
Old Dominion junior Larry Early at 157 lbs. posted a perfect 5-0 weekend to win the Navy Classic at 157 pounds. The redshirt junior topped his opponents by a 67-19 margin en route to his title. Early now owns a 10-0 record over Division I opponents, including a nationally ranked opponent in Hunter Willits of Oregon State. His wins include two technical falls, two decisions and a major decision.

Derek Spann, Buffalo—Sophomore, Boonville, N.Y. (Adirondak High School)
 
Buffalo senior Jason Estevez won the 149 lb. title at the Black Knight Invite hosted by Army on Sunday. He had an impressive route to the title, beating two top seeds along the way. He opened with a 2-1 decision over third-seed Brock Port of Lock Haven, followed by a 12-8 decision over second-seed Jon Ross also of Lock Haven. In the title match, Estevez earned a 5-3 decision over Columbia's Riley Jacops.
 
Tim Rooney, Kent State—Junior, Columbus, Ohio (St. Charles High School)
 
Kent State junior Tim Rooney at 133 lbs. went 5-1 for a third-place finish at the Navy Classic on Saturday, Nov. 17.  Rooney never allowed an opponent to score more than four points in any of his six matches.  Rooney defeated opponents from Old Dominion and Cleveland State along with three victories over two opponents from Indiana. 
 
Brit Wilson, Northern Illinois—Redshirt Freshman, Mexico, Mo. (Mexico High School)
 
Northern Illinois redshirt freshman Brit Wilson at 174 lbs. improved to 6-1 on the season after going 3-0 at the Huskie Duals. The redshirt freshman's biggest win of the day came over No. 14 Kimball Bastian of Utah Valley. Wilson rallied to defeat Bastian, 8-6. He began his afternoon with a dominating 21-7 maj. dec. win over Juan Guiroz of Harper College. He then scored a pin fall win of Clarion's Taylor Cahill. 
 
Zack Parker, Ohio—Senior, Felton, Del. (Caesar Rodney High School)
 
Ohio senior Zack Parker earned a first-place finish in the 285-lb weight class, and Ohio earned a sixth-place finish out of 16 teams at the 41st Annual Navy Classic, which was held last Saturday (Nov. 17) at Wesley Brown Field House in Annapolis, Md. Parker's road to the 285 Championship began with a 4-1 decision win over Bucknell junior Brandon Stokes in the round of 32. In the round of 16, Parker defeated Edinboro sophomore Jon Spaulding in an 8-3 decision. A 3-2 decision victory over junior Andrew Piehl sent Parker to the semifinals. Parker earned a spot in the title bout courtesy of a 3-1 decision win over Campbell redshirt freshman Laith Alsous. Parker sealed the deal in the title match with a 3-2 decision win over Campbell junior Odgerel Batkhishig.
