Binghamton:
Men's Tennis Falls To Clemson

WEST POINT, N.Y. - Clemson (3-1) won five of the six singles matches to rally past Binghamton (0-2) 5-2 in the first-ever meeting between the two programs Saturday afternoon at Army's Lichtenberg Tennis Center.  The Bearcats recorded the first point of the match with wins at Nos. 1 and 3 doubles. At the top spot, sophomores Kushaan Nath and Tiago Lourenco rolled to a 6-1 win over the Tigers' top duo of Sam Edwards and Yizhou Liu. Then with the doubles portion all even, the pair of juniors Josh Druger and Inigo Saez earned a 6-4 win over Simon Baudry and Reed Rabideau to clinch the doubles point for Binghamton. Buffalo:
Men's Tennis Earns First Dual Victory

HANOVER, NH – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team picked up their first dual win of the season on Sunday as the Bulls defeated St. John's for the first time in program history, 4-3.  The match took place in Hanover, NH as UB improves to 1-2 on the year. The Red Storm took the doubles point with wins at one and three, but UB won at second doubles as Vidit Vaghela and Petr Vodak came away with an easy 6-1 win. The Bulls won four of the six matches in singles, winning all four of those in straight sets.  Sophomore Hao Sheng Koay won at first singles, 6-2, 6-3, while junior Ethan Nittolo came away with a 6-3, 7-5 victory at three. Full Story...

Bulls Fall at Dartmouth

HANOVER, NH - The University at Buffalo men's tennis team dropped a 4-0 decision to Dartmouth on Saturday morning, as the Big Green remained unbeaten on the season. Dartmouth won at first and third doubles by identical 6-4 scores to clinch the point.  At second doubles, Petr Vodak and Villhelm Fridell were tied 5-5 when play was stopped. Full Story...

Men's Tennis Sweeps Weekend

ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University men's tennis picked up two more victories on Friday at Boylan Tennis Center to finish the weekend with a perfect 4-0 mark. NIU claimed a 4-3 victory while also downing Saint Louis, 7-0, to improve to 5-1 overall on the season.  In the match against Omaha, the Huskies took the doubles point with victories at number two and three. Seniors Louis-Philippe Hamel and Tom Hjertonsson earned a 6-2 win at number three while senior Georg Lundkvist and sophomore Bor Schweiger Muzar were victorious, 7-6, at number two to clinch the point.  Full Story...

Huskies Sweep Pair To Begin Weekend

DEKALB, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University men's tennis team dropped just one point as it picked up a pair of victories at Chick Evans Field House on Tuesday. The Huskies topped Wisconsin-Whitewater, 6-1, in the morning before sweeping Cardinal Stritch, 7-0, during the afternoon. NIU (3-1) dropped just seven games en route to sweeping all three doubles matches against the Warhawks of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Senior Eric Marbach and freshman Kristopher Ortega claimed a 6-4 win at number one, senior Georg Lundkvist and sophomore Bor Schweiger Muzar earned a 6-2 victory at number two while junior Erich Schuette and freshman Victor Spolidorio scored a 6-1 win at number three.  Full Story...

Toledo:
Rockets Fall at Ohio State

Columbus, Ohio – The Toledo men's tennis team faced one of the best teams in the country on Sunday, falling to No. 2 Ohio State, 5-0, in Columbus on Sunday. Freshman Nikola Arsic came close to pulling out a victory at No. 6 singles. He won the first set, 6-4, and was trailing in the second set by a 2-1 score when play was suspended due to OSU clinching the match. Full Story...

Western Michigan:
Broncos Serve Up Two Wins Sunday

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan men's tennis team picked up two big wins Sunday inside West Hill Athletic Club. The Broncos beat Butler and Illinois State each by a score of 5-2, improving to 6-1 overall and are now winners of three straight. Against Butler in the morning match, the Brown and Gold clinched the doubles point behind two 6-1 victories while junior Nick Schnobel put the Broncos up 2-0 with a singles win over Ari Gerstein at No. 6.  Full Story....
