MUNCIE, Ind. -- Sophomore midfielder Julia Elvbo scored in the opening minutes of each half Friday, and the Ball State soccer team rolled to a 3-1 victory over Ohio at the Briner Sports Complex.

YPSILANTI, MI – Junior forward Carissima Cutrona netted her team-leading fifth goal of the season in the 81st minute to lift the University at Buffalo women's soccer team (4-5-1, 2-1-0 MAC) to the dramatic 2-1 road victory over Eastern Michigan on Friday afternoon at Scicluna Field. Cutrona finished off her huge game with the game-winner, seven shots and five shots on goal in the Bulls second MAC win of the season.

OXFORD, Ohio – Down a player for most of the match, Kent State (7-3-1, 3-0 MAC) played stellar defense and received a timely goal from Isabelle Mihail, to defeat Miami (0-10, 0-3 MAC) 1-0. The Golden Flashes have a MAC-leading six shutouts on the season, and won their first match in Oxford since 2006.

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – After trailing for 77 minutes' courtesy of an early CMU goal, the Zips scored in the 85th minute of regulation to force overtime, as the Akron women's soccer team earned a result in its comeback effort against Central Michigan after a 1-1 double-overtime draw on Friday night at the CMU Soccer Complex.

DEKALB, Ill. - Junior Hannah Scafaria scored her second goal of the match on a 108th-minute header to give the Rockets a 2-1 double overtime win over Mid-American Conference West opponent Northern Illinois on Friday night at the NIU Soccer Complex.

KALAMAZOO, Mich.- The Western Michigan women's soccer team defeated Bowling Green 2-1 in dramatic fashion. The game-winning goal was scored late in the 87th minute by senior forward Emma Kahn to give the Broncos the victory.
