YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Freshman Madi Huck pitched a gem in the first game and senior Ronnie Ladines hit a seventh-inning grand slam in the second game as Kent State swept Youngstown State in a doubleheader at YSU Softball Field on Tuesday afternoon. The Golden Flashes scored twice in the day's first inning and never trailed in the opener before trailing until their final trip to the plate in the nightcap.

Bowling Green
Host Fort Wayne broke open a close game with four runs – three unearned – in the sixth inning, and the Mastodons went on to a 7-1 win over the Bowling Green State University softball team Tuesday afternoon (April 25). The non-conference contest was held at the Fort Wayne Softball Field.

EAST LANSING, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University softball team could not overcome a big inning against Michigan State University, April 25, in a non-conference tilt at Secchia Stadium. The Eagles fell behind early as the Spartans scored nine in the second inning to send Eastern home with a 13-2 setback.
