MUNCIE, Ind. - The Western Michigan gymnastics team posted its third straight score of 195.200 or higher as it defeated Ball State in Muncie, Ind. 195.200-194.750 on Sunday in the first of a three-meet in five-day stretch.

MUNCIE, Ind.-- The Ball State gymnastics team broke the school record on floor scoring a 49.500 on Senior Day, Sunday, Mar. 5 at Worthen Arena. Although the team suffered a 195.200-194.750 loss to Western Michigan, many Ball State gymnasts earned career highs etched names in the record book.

EAST LANSING, Mich.  – The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team earned ten scores of 9.800 or better and had first-place finishers in two events on Sunday afternoon (Mar. 5) at Michigan State. The Falcons finished the dual meet with a cumulative 193.600 and fell to the Spartans, who totaled 195.600.

NORMAL, Ill. – The Northern Illinois University gymnastics team tied for second with Illinois State University in the Illinois Classic, Sunday afternoon. The Huskies' 193.550 team score beat the University of Illinois-Chicago Flames (193.525), but came up short against the University of Illinois (196.150).

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's gymnastics team had its best road meet of the season Sunday, March 5, as the Eagles notched their highest team total of the season in a quad meet at West Virginia, posting a 196.225 to finish second, with the team total also being the fourth-best in the EMU record books. The Green and White had a historic day on beam, totaling a 49.300, which is the second-best beam total in program history, while junior Kendall Valentin (Holmdel, N.J. – Holmdel) tied the program record on bars.
