CLEARWATER, Fla. - - Senior center fielder Rachel Houck (Greenfield, Ind./Louisville) celebrated her 22nd birthday with three home runs, a double and a single to help the Ball State softball team score a Saturday split in the USF Under Armour Invitational at the Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex.

The Bowling Green State University softball team exploded for six runs in the sixth inning, breaking open a tie ball game and going on to down Indiana State University, 7-2, Saturday evening (March 4). The game was part of the Red & Black Tournament at Ulmer Stadium.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Ohio softball team (12-2) wrapped up play at the 2017 Tennessee Invitational on Saturday (March 4). In the first game of the day, the Bobcats defeated Delaware (2-10) 9-4. The Bobcats returned later in the day to defeat Jacksonville State (10-5), 1-0. The Bobcats finished their weekend in Tennessee with a 4-1 record.
