KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Capped off by a five-run seventh inning, the Ohio softball team (23-6, 4-0) extended its winning streak to 10 games Friday afternoon, defeating Mid-American Conference West foe Western Michigan (12-16, 0-4), 9-1, at Ebert Field.

The Bowling Green State University softball team came back from five runs down, but host Northern Illinois University had an answer. The Huskies scored five unanswered runs to down the Falcons, 10-5, Friday afternoon (March 31) in Mid-American Conference action at Mary M. Bell Field.
