Zips Improve to 15-2 With Win Over Binghamton
AKRON, Ohio – The Zips won their 14th straight match and improved to 15-2 on the season with a 7-0 sweep of Binghamton on Sunday morning at LaTuchie Tennis Center in Stow. Akron won all three doubles matches with victories from junior Carli Knezevich(Austin, Texas)/senior Karolina Maksimova (Mogilev, Belarus), junior Ariadna Blinova (Riga, Latvia)/junior Sophia Geier (Burgebrach, Germany) and sophomore Luisa Echeverry (Cali, Colombia)/junior Waverly Wituski (Springboro, Ohio).

Women's Tennis Tops Milwaukee to Win 13th Straight
AKRON, Ohio – The Akron women's tennis team registered its 13th straight win with a 5-2 victory over Milwaukee on Saturday afternoon at LaTuchie Tennis Center in Stow. The Zips improve to 14-2 on the season with the win, while Milwaukee falls to 4-7.

Women's Tennis Continues Strong Play With 6-1 Win Over Oakland
MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's tennis team won its seventh-straight match today with its 6-1 defeat over Oakland Sunday afternoon at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center. With the win, the Cardinals improved to 12-2 overall while the Grizzlies fall to 4-7 for the year. Ball State started the match off strong as all three doubles teams quickly took 1-0 leads on all three courts over Oakland. The Cardinals continued to control each match despite a 3-3 tie at one point at the No. 3 position.

Eagles Take Second Straight With 6-1 Win at Detroit
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- The Eastern Michigan University tennis team closed out non-conference play with a big 6-1 win over the University of Detroit Mercy Friday night, March 17, at the Franklin Athletic Club in Southfield. The Eagles (5-9) cruised to the doubles point before winning five singles contests from the Titans (3-8), three of which went to three sets. The Czech duo of Andrea Martinovska (Plzn, Czech Republic-Sport and Management School) and Marie Mayerova took the No. 1 doubles match, 6-2, before Ani Gogvadze and Maria Paula Ribero defeated Detroit Mercy's Pauline Van Herck and Anna Davydova by an identical score to secure the doubles point and a 1-0 lead for the Eagles.

Toledo:
Toledo Boasts Five-Match Win Streak After 6-1 Victory Over YSU
Youngstown, Ohio - Toledo (8-5) claimed a decisive 6-1 victory over Youngstown State on Saturday afternoon in its final non-conference match of the season. The win marks the Rockets' fifth-straight of the season and eighth-consecutive over YSU. Toledo jumped out in front with two victories in doubles play that clinched the point for the Rockets. Senior Sidnay Huck and freshman Dee Dee Leenabanchong took their usual post at No. 1 doubles and bested their opponents, 6-3. Sophomores Claire Aleck and Rani Goodland also recorded a 6-3 victory at third doubles.

Women's Tennis Dominates Bradley, 4-0
PEORIA, Ill. – Western Michigan women's tennis dominated in its final nonconference match before Mid-American Conference (MAC) play begins, beating Bradley 4-0 on the road Saturday night. The Broncos came out and took the doubles point with no problem, as the duo of Tracy Kuhle/Melina Lyubomirova won 6-2 and Denise Azcui/Katja Fevralev clinched the point with a 6-3 win at No. 3.
