Men's Tennis Splits Road Doubleheader
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Ball State men's tennis team split its road doubleheader Friday, earning a 6-1 win over Belmont and a 4-2 loss to Lipscomb. Against Belmont, the Cardinals took the doubles point by winning at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions. At No. 1 Lucas Andersen alongside partner Andrew Stutz defeated Cedric Dujacquier and Hendrick Inno 7-6 (6). Tom Carney And Conner Andersen were also victorious on the day with their 6-4 take down on court two over Stephen Goldman and Zak Khan.

Huskies Drop Meeting With Marquette
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Northern Illinois University men's tennis team claimed the doubles point before falling at Marquette on Wednesday night, 6-1, at Helfaer Tennis Stadium. With the setback, NIU falls to 11-6 on the season. The Huskies took the early lead in the match, winning at first and third doubles to take a lead into singles play. Senior Eric Marbach and junior Georg Lundkvist won for the 18th time this season, the 11th time in dual matches, taking the match at number one, 6-2.

Western Michigan:
Broncos Drop Close Match To Drake
KALAMAZOO, Mich. – It came right down to the end, but the Western Michigan men's tennis team fell to No. 49 Drake Sunday morning in East Lansing, Mich., with the ending coming right down to a three-set tiebreaker at No. 5. The Broncos came right out and took the doubles point from the nationally-ranked Bulldogs, as the No. 76 ranked duo of Daniel Loebel/Kennosuke Nouchi defeated Phillips/Wood 6-3 to open and Jannik Opitz/Eric Olivarez clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 win at No. 3 to put WMU up 1-0.
