BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo men's soccer team (8-1-0, 0-0-0 MAC) got back to its winning ways on Wednesday night in front of a big crowd at UB Stadium as they were able to retain the Big 4 Shield with a gutsy 2-1 victory over St. Bonaventure. The 8-1-0 start for the Bulls ties a program record for best start to a season and UB will etch their name on the Big 4 Shield for the second consecutive season.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Senior Richard Hall (Billericay, England/The Billericay School) scored in the 85th minute to lift the Northern Illinois University men's soccer team to a 2-1 victory at Milwaukee on Wednesday night. The Huskies reclaimed the LeWang Trophy for the first time since 2010; sophomore Kevin Rodriguez (Pasadena, Texas/Deer Park) scored late in the first half to pull the Huskies even after the Panthers had opened the scoring.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's soccer team set a new eight-game school record, improving its overall record to 7-1-0 with a 1-0 victory at the University of Michigan Wednesday night. The 7-1-0 start is one win better than the 2003 MAC Tournament Championship team that began their season with a 6-2-0 record.
