Miami - The Miami University volleyball team heads to DeKalb, Illinois for the MAC Tournament this weekend. As co-regular season champs, the RedHawks are the top seed and received a bye to the semifinals. On Saturday, Miami will take on No. 4 Bowling Green at 6 p.m. (EST). With a win, the `Hawks will advance to the MAC Championship on Sunday at 6 p.m. (EST). All Miami games will air live on ESPN3. The winner of the MAC Tournament receives the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Bowling Green - The Bowling Green State University volleyball team earned its first MAC Tournament victory since 2012 by defeating Western Michigan University, 3-1, Friday (Nov. 18) night at Victor. E Court in DeKalb, Illinois. Bowing Green won the match by a score of 22-25; 25-21; 25-18; 25-18. With a victory, the Falcons will reach the MAC Tournament Championship Game for the second time under Coach Tomic. Bowling Green captured the MAC title that season by defeating Northern Illinois in five sets.

Northern Illinois - After winning the 2015 Mid-American Conference title, the NIU volleyball team earned the right to the host the 2016 MAC Tournament. This weekend's tournament is the first championship hosted by the Huskies since 2001. This is the third-straight season that Northern Illinois University has secured a double bye into the MAC Tournament semifinals.

Ohio - The No. 3-seeded Ohio (16-13) volleyball team picked a win in the second round of the Mid-American Conference Volleyball Championship winning in straight sets over No. 6-seed Toledo (16-14) Friday night at Victor E. Court in DeKalb, Ill. Ohio will face No. 2-seeded Northern Illinois (23-5, 15-1 MAC) on Saturday (Oct. 19) at 8:30 p.m. ET at Victor E. Court in DeKalb, Ill. The Bobcats dropped the only regular season meeting to the Huskies, 3-2 (25-20, 25-23, 18-25, 17-25, 15-9) on Oct. 21 in Athens.
