What are you majoring in? What is your GPA
I am majoring in Biomedical Sciences and minoring in Chemistry and Psychology. I currently have a 4.0 cumulative GPA and hope to keep it that way for my last semester of undergrad.

How many hours a week do you spend studying? Practicing/Training? And how do you manage your time?
My time is pretty well divided between academics and gymnastics because they are both so important to me, especially with this being my senior year. I would say that I spend around 30 hours a week studying and 20 hours a week practicing, and then there’s always extra time spent in the training room to stay healthy.

What are your future plans after graduating?  What do you want to be when you grow up?
My plan is to go on to Physical Therapy School and then work as a physical therapist in an outpatient clinic, hopefully centered around sports medicine. Immediately after I graduate, I’m planning to take a gap year to work at a PT clinic.

What does leadership mean to you?
Leadership means setting a good example through your actions and taking initiative in order to accomplish what is best for the team. I personally work to be the best leader I can for my team, specifically with my work ethic and persistence.

How has being a MAC Leader & a part of SAAC effected your student-athlete career?
Being a MAC Leader and being apart of SAAC has been a wonderful experience and more than I could have imagined myself being apart of when I came in as a freshman to WMU. It has made me a better leader and also given me some great opportunities to represent WMU and the MAC. In addition, it has opened my eyes to all of the stuff that happens behind the scenes with college athletics, such as NCAA legislation, conference initiatives, and how many people care about us as student athletes.

What is your favorite memory from your college career?
I have two favorite memories in particular from my college career. First would be winning MAC Championships my freshman year and also being named MAC Freshman of the Year. And the next big highlight of my career was when we shattered the WMU’s team school record last year with a 196.175.
