MAC Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
Mabinty Kebe – Western Michigan – Senior
Event: 400m Hurdles – 1st
Meet: Clark Wood Open
Time: 58.33
Rank: 1st MAC / 43rd NCAA
Note: Mabinty Kebe won the 400m hurdles at the Clark Wood Open with a 58.33, leading the MAC and ranking 43rd nationally. She is now eighth all-time at WMU.

Sandra Ferrari – Western Michigan – Sophomore
Event: Long Jump – 3rd
Meet: Clark Wood Open
Mark: 6.16m
Rank: 2nd MAC / 27th NCAA East Region
Note: Sandra Ferrari finished third in the long jump at the Clark Wood Open with a 6.16m mark, second-best in the MAC and 27th in the East Region, moving her to third all-time at WMU.

Note: Gabrielle Griffiths registered a career-best 193-1 in the elite hammer throw, placing third. Her mark is third in the MAC, 66th nationally, and fifth in Akron outdoor history.
 
Malina Miller – Ball State – Sophomore
Event: High Jump – 4th
Meet: Knights Invitational
Mark: 1.73m
Rank: 6th MAC
Note: Malina Miller finished fourth overall in the high jump at the Knights Invitational with a season-best clearance of 1.73m.
 
Erica King – Eastern Michigan – Sophomore
Event: Javelin – 1st
Meet: Hillsdale College Tune-Up
Mark: 41.17m (135-01)
Rank: 4th MAC
Note: Erica King won the javelin with a personal-best toss of 41.17m, ranking fourth in the MAC, 12th in the Great Lakes Region, and seventh in EMU history. It marked her third PR/top-10 performance in the last four meets.

Note: Svenia De Coninck won the long jump with a personal-best 5.86m and finished third in the high jump at the Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Invitational.

Note: Kamiya Dendy cleared a season-best 1.75m to place fourth at Drake Relays, ranking third in the MAC and fourth all-time at NIU.

Note: Kenli the 400m hurdles. She is ranked #1 in the MAC, #5 in the Great Lakes Region, and #32 in the East Region. She is also ranked 67th in the nation. Kenli achieved a 2-second personal record and is currently the third fastest in Ball State University's history. Also was a member of the 4 x 4 team that is currently ranked number two in the conference

Note: Juliette Salazar ran a 2.5-second collegiate PR in the 800m to win her heat. Her time ranks eighth all-time at UB.
