Singles Player of the Week
Irmak Budak, Freshman, Northern Illinois 
Freshman Irmak Budak continued her undefeated start to the 2025 dual match season with a pair of wins Saturday as NIU recorded 7-0 victories over both Northern Iowa and Eastern Illinois. Playing at No. 1 singles for the first time, Budak defeated UNI's Lorena Cardoso 6-2, 6-1. In the day's second match, she posted a 6-2, 6-4 win over Eastern Illinois' Charleigh Fay at No. 2 singles to improve her season singles record to 4-0.
 
Doubles Team of the Week
Iva Daneva/ Viki Hazmukova, Eastern Michigan
The duo of Iva Daneva and Viki Hazmukova posted a 2-0 record on the weekend to help the Eagles capture the doubles point for the third and fourth time this year. Against Cincinnati, the freshmen won, 6-2, at No. 3 to clinch the point for EMU and stake the team to a 1-0 lead. The following day, the duo moved up to No. 2 and posted another 6-2 win. For the season, Hazmukova is 4-0 in duals in doubles play, while Daneva, who did not play last week, is 2-0.
