CHICAGO (Jan. 19, 2025) – The UIC men's tennis team earned their first victory of the season on Sunday, defeating the University of Indianapolis in a commanding 5-2 performance.

The Flames came out strong in doubles play, capturing the doubles point to take an early lead. Artem Alekseychuk led the charge in singles, delivering a standout performance to help secure the team victory.

The win showcased UIC's depth and determination as they continue their 2025 campaign. With their first victory of the season, the Flames are building momentum for what promises to be an exciting year.
