CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced its 2021 Field Hockey Academic All-MAC team Tuesday. A total of 77 student-athletes were named to the team.
App State turned in the most representatives on the team with 14 for back-to-back years. Ohio and Miami both named 12 Student-Athletes to the squad.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
