Junior Jared Wilson helped Kent State secure its first tournament win of the season with his performance at the Boilermaker Invitational. Wilson finished in second place with a 54-hole career-low 208 (-8) score. Wilson had back-to-back bogey-free rounds by carding a 68 (-4) in the second round with four birdies, followed by finishing the final round with a career-low round of 67 (-5) with five birdies. Wilson led the tournament with 15 total birdies.
