Emily Price led the Flashes to a second-place finish this week at the Florida State Match-up. Price posted a 54-hole score of 221(+5). In the opening round, Price went 16 holes for par or better with two birdies for an even-par 72 score, followed by a 73 and a 76 in the final two rounds. Price led the Flashes on par-3 holes at even par and finished the tournament with 34 pars and eight total birdies.
Lauren Ingle, NIU

NIU senior Lauren Ingle led the Huskies to a fourth place finish in a 41-team field at the Kiawah Island Classic. After opening with a two-over par 74, she tied her season and career low round of 69 in the second round with four birdies. With the wind picked up and temperatures dropped Tuesday, she shot one over par on the final 11 holes to finish with a 77. Only six players in a field that numbered 210 (with individuals) played better over the three days.

Sophomore Olivia Loberg (Bend, Ore.-Summit) notched consecutive rounds of 72 to equal her career-low with a 224 (80-72-72) Tuesday, March 2, Kiawah Island Classic. The Bend, Ore. native tied for the fifth-lowest round during the tournament's final day to finish tied for 22nd at the par 72, 5,958 yard Oak Point Golf Club. It tied for her best 54-hole tally, equaling a 224 she fired at the Rio Verde Invitational, Feb. 22-24, 2020, with rounds of 73, 74, and 77. Additionally, it was Loberg's fourth career top-25 showing in six all-time tournaments."
