East Division Offensive Player of the Week
Madi Wolfbauer, Bowling Green, Forward

Bowling Green forward Madi Wolfbauer scored two more goals in the Falcons’ lone match of the week, a 3-0 win at Ohio. Wolfbauer converted a penalty kick in the 11th minute to give BGSU an early 2-0 lead, and she scored again early in the second half to put BGSU up by three. Wolfbauer now has team-leading totals of five goals and 10 points on the season, and she has scored all five goals in the last three games. Wolfbauer is the first BG player with back-to-back multiple-goal games in over a decade (since September of 2010).
East Division Defensive Player of the Week
Libby Harper, Akron, GK
Sophomore, Hatfield, England
Akron sophomore goalkeeper Libby Harper was again stout in goal for the Zips registering four saves, all in the second half, in a 1-0 victory over rival Kent State on Sunday, March 28. In only her third start and appearance of the season, Harper garnered her second clean sheet of the year denying all four strikes on frame by the Golden Flashes in the affair, while making several other key defensive players that didn't go down in the final statistics as saves. On the year, she owns a 0.31 goals against average on the strength of 11 saves and a pair of shutouts.
West Division Offensive Player of the Week
Nicky Potts, Ball State, Midfielder
R-Junior, Nuneaton, England (Higham Lane)
Potts assisted on both Ball State goals, including the game-winner in overtime, as the Csrdinals earned a crucial win over Central Michigan to leapfrog the Chippewas into first place in the MAC West Division standings. Potts fed Chelcy Ralph for a header on a free kick in the first half to give BSU a one-goal lead. Then in overtime, she threaded a beautiful ball to a charging Tatiana Mason for the game winner in the 98th minute. Potts, who scored on a perfectly executed free kick a week earlier against Eastern Michigan, has now registered at least one point in three straight games.
West Division Defensive Player of the Week
Emma Boutorwick, Toledo, Goalkeeper
R-Freshman, Macomb, Mich. (Henry Ford II)
Redshirt freshman Emma Boutorwick registered her first collegiate shutout in the Rockets’ 2-0 victory at Northern Illinois on Sunday. Boutorwick had to deal with a fierce wind the entire game that made the ball very unpredictable to judge. Despite the weather challenges, she was able to keep Northern Illinois from scoring as the Rockets scored a pair of goals in the final 25 minutes to capture the win.
