The NIU center back netted the game-winning and game-tying goals in a 3-2 victory over Western Michigan, becoming the first Huskie center back to score two goals in a game since Taylor Cole had a pair of goals against West Virginia on November 6, 2015. Lara played the full 90 minutes in both matches.
