CSCAA Official Release
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced the 2020 Division I All-American Team on Wednesday. The Mid-American Conference saw 14 student-athletes receive recognition.
The women placed 13 divers on the 2020 squad.
Eastern Michigan lead the conference with four student-athletes, followed by
Akron with three. Ball State and
Ohio each grabbed a pair of nods, while
Bowling Green and
Toledo received one a piece.
Southern Illinois’ Kai Hoffmann-Dussome was the lone honoree for the men.
The CSCAA Board adjusted the criteria for this year’s selection due to the cancelation of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
To be eligible for All-America honors, all relays achieving 'A" standards, individuals selected to the NCAA Championships, and divers entered in uncontested events from the Zone C Diving qualification are qualified.
