BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -- Jayvon Graves had 25 points as Buffalo defeated Bowling Green 88-84 on Friday night.
Josh Mballa had 16 points and 12 rebounds for Buffalo (20-11, 11-7 Mid-American Conference). Davonta Jordan added 16 points and five steals. Jeenathan Williams had 14 points.
The Bulls will be the No. 5 seed and host a first-round game in the conference tournament against No. 12 seed Miami on Monday.
Second-seeded Bowling Green earned a bye into Thursday's quarterfinals.
Bowling Green scored 51 second-half points, a season high for the team.
Justin Turner had 23 points for the Falcons (21-10, 12-6 MAC). Dylan Frye added 20 points and seven rebounds. Daeqwon Plowden had 11 points and nine rebounds.
The Bulls evened the season series against the Falcons with the win. Bowling Green defeated Buffalo 78-77 on Jan. 31.

AKRON, Ohio -- Xeyrius Williams had 22 points and 12 rebounds as Akron edged past Kent State 79-76 on Friday night in the regular-season final for both teams.
Loren Cristian Jackson had 16 points for Akron (24-7, 14-4 Mid-American Conference), which earned its fifth consecutive home victory. Channel Banks added 14 points. Tyler Cheese had 10 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
Anthony Roberts had 17 points for the Golden Flashes (19-12, 9-9 MAC). Troy Simons added 16 points. Danny Pippen had 14 points.
Kent State will be the No. 6 seed and host a first-round game against 11th-seeded Eastern Michigan on Monday.
The Zips leveled the season series against the Golden Flashes with the win. Kent State defeated Akron 68-67 on Jan. 31.

TOLEDO, Ohio -- Marreon Jackson had 26 points as Toledo easily defeated Eastern Michigan 79-57 on Friday night.
Spencer Littleson had 19 points for Toledo (16-15, 8-10 Mid-American Conference). Willie Jackson added 16 points, 15 rebounds and seven assists. Luke Knapke had 16 points, 12 rebounds and three assists.
Yeikson Montero had 12 points for the Eagles (16-15, 6-12 MAC). Thomas Binelli added 12 points.
Boubacar Toure, who was second on the Eagles in scoring coming into the matchup with 11 points per game, shot only 20% for the game (1 of 5).
The Rockets evened the season series against the Eagles with the win. Eastern Michigan defeated Toledo 61-57 on Feb. 1.
Central Michigan 85, Western Michigan 68

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- Dallas Morgan scored 20 points, leading five into double figure scoring and Central Michigan broke a nine-game losing streak, defeating Western Michigan 85-68 Friday night in a regular season finale.
Morgan was 4-for-9 shooting beyond the 3-point arc. Rob Montgomery and David Dileo each added 16 points, DiLeo also draining four 3-pointers and grabbing eight rebounds. Travon Broadway Jr. added 12 points and Devontae Lane 10 with four assists.
The Chippewas (14-17, 7-11 Mid-American Conference) improved their field-goal shooting from 31% in the first half to 58% in the second and sank 11 from distance to just four for Western Michigan (13-18, 6-12 MAC).
Michael Flowers led the Broncos with 17 points and Brandon Johnson added 15 with nine rebounds. Johnson, a redshirt junior, is now three points shy of scoring 1,000 career.
Ohio 67, Miami 65

OXFORD, Ohio -- Ben Roderick scored 13 points and his layup with 13 seconds left served as the game winner and Ohio beat Miami 67-65 on Friday.
Ohio collected two offensive rebounds on its final possession which led to Roderick's layup. Bam Bowman, who led the Redhawks with 17 points, missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer.
Bowman made 1 of 2 foul shots with 3:59 left and Miami led 60-50. Jason Preston and Roderick wrapped 3s around one from Miami's Isaiah Coleman-Lands and the Bobcats (16-15, 8-10 Mid-American Conference) were down 63-56. Preston went on his own 7-0 run with back-to-back layups and a 3 to tie it. Miles Brown gave Ohio the lead with two foul shots before Bowman's jump shot tied it at 65 with 62 seconds left. Preston scored 24 points and Lunden McDay 16.
Dae Dae Grant scored 13 for the Bobcats and Coleman-Lands 11.
Ball State 75, Northern Illinoois 54

DEKALB, Ill. -- Tahjai Teague tallied 18 points and 11 rebounds to carry Ball St. to a 75-54 win over Northern Illinois on Friday night.
Miryne Thomas had 14 points for Ball St. (18-13, 11-7 Mid-American Conference). Ishmael El-Amin added 12 points. Kyle Mallers had 12 points.
The Huskies' 28.1 field goal percentage represented the worst mark by a Ball St. opponent this season.
Eugene German had 17 points for the Huskies (18-13, 11-7 MAC). Trendon Hankerson added 12 points.
The Cardinals improve to 2-0 against the Huskies for the season. Ball St. defeated Northern Illinois 63-59 on Feb. 11.
