Male Scholar Athlete of the Week: February 3rd – 7th, 2020
Toledo's Luke Knapke, Basketball - Center (Graduate, 3.326, Recreation and Leisure Studies)
Week’s Achievements (detailed description of week’s events):Senior Luke Knapke averaged 19.0 ppg, 7.0 rpg and 3.0 apg to go along with a 52.2 FG% and 54.5 three-point FG% in two games for the Rockets last week. Knapke tallied 15 points, seven rebounds and four assists against MAC West leader Northern Illinois before scoring 23 points and grabbing a team-high seven boards at MAC East leader Bowling Green. Knapke hit a pair of three-pointers in the final minutes against the Falcons to help the Rockets rally to tie the score at 83-83.

Female Scholar Athlete of the Week: February 3rd – 7th, 2020
NIU's Courtney Woods, Basketball - Forward (Redshirt-Senior, 3.89, Sport Management)
Courtney Woods became the third Huskie in NIU women’s basketball history to reach 2,000 career points this week, accomplishing that feat at Central Michigan on Wednesday night. Needing two points to get to 2,000, Woods led NIU with 18 points and 10 rebounds against the Chippewas. It was her first double-double since March 5, 2018. On Saturday, Woods scored a season-high 32 points as NIU won at Bowling Green 92-87 in overtime. She had 23 points in the second half and overtime, adding a game-high four assists and two steals. For the week, Woods averaged 25 points and nine rebounds per game and shot 44 percent from the field.
