UT: Senior quarterback Eli Peters has completed 68.2 percent of his passes for 1,106 yards and nine TDs this season. He came out of the Ball State game with an apparent  injury in the fourth quarter. His status for the Northern Illinois game has not been determined. Sophomore Carter Bradley stepped in for Peters, completing 3-of-4 passes for 44 yards and one touchdown...Toledo leads the MAC in total defense (357.2), rushing defense (117.2) and third-down conversion defense (29.1%), and is third in scoring defense (24.8).

NIU: Senior Tyrice Richie has 23 catches in the Huskies’ last two games with a career high 12 grabs for 131 yards at WMU. He ranks second in the country in catches per game and his three 100-yard receiving games are the most by a Huskie since current Detroit Lions receiver Kenny Golladay posted four 100-yard games in 2016.

BGSU: After missing the Falcons’ game against Kent State, Andrew Clair made his presence known with a 21-yard carry on his first touch against Buffalo. He finished with 14 carries for 85 yards. He followed that up with 118 yards against Ohio a week ago. With 1,911 career rushing yards, Clair ranks 16th in program history. He needs 89 more to become just the 14th back in school history with 2,000 yards on the ground.

AKRON: Facing a Miami squad whose most recent game was canceled, the Zips were led by redshirt freshman QB Zach Gibson, who completed 16-of-27 passes for 141 yards, including a long pass completion of 20 yards to redshirt junior WR George Qualls, Jr. and an 11-yard touchdown pass to sophomore WR Michael Mathison. Qualls finished the contest with a team-high 50 yards receiving on three catches.

EMU: Just one week after senior linebacker Terry Myrick recorded a career-high 14 stops, had 1.5 tackles for loss, picked up a sack, and forced a fumble against Toledo, Nov. 18, he outmatched those numbers in EMU’s Week Four matchup with CMU, Nov. 27. Myrick once again set a career-high in tackles, setting his new mark at 17 (3 solo, 14 assist). In addition to his stops, he notched 0.5 tackles for loss, and picked up his second fumble recovery and pass breakup in as many weeks. The Atlanta-based run stuffer’s tackling numbers rank first in the MAC and fourth nationally.

WMU: Western Michigan football redshirt senior wide receiver D’Wayne Eskridge has been added to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc., announced Monday morning. Eskridge joins teammate Skyy Moore on the list. Eskridge leads the Mid-American Conference in yards (591), touchdowns (6) and average yards per game (147.8). The Bluffton, Ind., native ranks second in the conference at 28.1 yards per catch and seventh in the MAC with 5.3 catches per game... sophomore quarterback Kaleb Eleby is one of 35 quarterbacks to be named to the 2020 Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award Class of 2020. Eleby is one of 35 quarterbacks to be named to the Class of 2020 and one of two from the MAC, joining Kent State’s Dustin Crum.

BSU: Ball State and Central Michigan are both 3-1, one game behind MAC West Division leading Western Michigan with two games left. A win would keep the Cardinals in control of their own destiny for a division title and a spot in the MAC Championship game...The FBS active leader with 235 career catches, senior WR Justin Hall is 10 receptions away from breaking Ball State’s career record. He is currently third on the list behind KeVonn Mabon (244 from 2012-16) and Dante Ridgeway (238 from 2002-04).

CMU: Kalil Pimpleton and Kobe Lewis have been named to the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll this season. Pimpleton had an outstanding offensive performance against Western Michigan. The wide receiver ran the ball seven times for 108 yards and 3 touchdowns, caught three passes for 42 yards and completed a 30-yard pass to JaCorey Sullivan. The three rushing touchdowns is the most by a wide receiver in the FBS this season and he is the first CMU wide receiver to rush for 100 yards in the last 15 years. Lewis was recognized after he touched the ball 27 times three different ways for 190 yards and a score in the Chippewas’ 31-23, comefrom-behind win over Eastern Michigan.
