CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference (MAC) announced today that Ball State and Buffalo have accepted invitations for the 2020 bowl season. 
 
The East Division Champion Bulls (5-1) will take on Conference USA East Division champion Marshall (7-2) in the Camellia Bowl on Friday, December 25th at 2:30 pm ET. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN. 
 
The MAC Champion Cardinals (6-1) will face off against Mountain West Champion San Jose State (7-0) on Thursday, December 31 at 2 pm ET. The game will be televised nationally on CBS. Ball State claimed its first title since 1996 with a 38-28 win over nationally-ranked Buffalo in the Rocket Mortgage MAC Football Championship Game.
 
“I would like to commend our bowl partners for putting together such compelling matchups,” said MAC Commissioner Dr. Jon Steinbrecher. “Both bowl games are fantastic rewards for two teams that have had such outstanding seasons.”
