TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) Setric Millner Jr. recorded 17 points and 10 rebounds to lift Toledo to a 64-57 win over Kansas City on Saturday. Marreon Jackson had 16 points for Toledo (4-3). Ryan Rollins added 14 points. Keshaun Saunders had 10 points. Brandon McKissic had 21 points for the Roos (2-4), whose losing streak stretched to four games. Josiah Allick added 13 points.

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) Ishmael El-Amin had 20 points as Ball St. defeated Illinois State 82-66 on Saturday night. Brachen Hazen had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Ball St. (3-2). K.J. Walton added 10 points. Miryne Thomas had seven rebounds. Dedric Boyd had 15 points for the Redbirds (2-3). Dusan Mahorcic added 14 points and 13 rebounds. Josiah Strong had 14 points and six rebounds. Antonio Reeves, who led the Redbirds in scoring heading into the matchup with 16 points per game, scored only 7 points on 3-of-10 shooting.

AKRON, Ohio (AP) Loren Cristian Jackson had 19 points and nine assists as Akron easily beat Cedarville 97-49 on Saturday. Jermaine Marshall had 12 points for Akron (1-0). Ali Ali added 12 points. Mikal Dawson had 11 points. Jay Maughmer had 13 points for the Yellow Jackets.
Central Michigan 84, Valparaiso 79
MT. PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) Devontae Lane scored a career-high 27 points as Central Michigan narrowly beat Valparaiso 84-79 on Saturday. Travon Broadway Jr. added 21 points for the Chippewas. Lane hit 5 of 6 3-pointers and shot 8 for 10 from the line. Broadway also had seven rebounds. Meikkel Murray had 10 points and eight rebounds for Central Michigan (2-3). Donovan Clay had 20 points for the Crusaders (2-4). Connor Barrett added 14 points. Ben Krikke had 12 points and three blocks.
Detroit Mercy 67, Western Michigan 57
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (AP) Antoine Davis had 14 points to lead five Detroit players in double figures as the Titans topped Western Michigan 67-57 on Saturday. Bul Kuol and Marquell Fraser added 12 points apiece for the Titans. Matt Johnson chipped in 11 points, and Dwayne Rose Jr. had 10. Titus Wright had 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Broncos (1-3). Greg Lee added 13 points and nine rebounds. B. Artis White had 11 points.
