Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Grace Alsop, Ball State, Midfielder/Defender
Sophomore, Marysville, Ohio (Marysville)
Alsop led the Cardinals to a 6-0 victory over Eastern Illinois by recording the first hat trick at Ball State since 2011. She totaled five shots against the Panthers, and all three that she put on goal she scored. Later, against Marquette, Alsop put one shot on goal in a 1-0 victory. Alsop is the only player in the MAC to have a hat trick, and the only one to score more than one goal. She leads the league with six points through the opening weekend of play. Her totals for the weekend include six shots, four shots on goal, an on goal percentage of .667, three goals, one game winning goal, and 118 minutes played.
Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Tristin Stuteville, Ball State, GK
Graduate Student, Kansas City, Mo.
Stuteville led Ball State to a perfect opening weekend by earning a pair of shutouts to defeat Eastern Illinois 6-0 on Friday and Marquette 1-0 on Sunday. Stuteville is the only MAC goalkeeper to go 2-0-0 and earn clean sheets in both contests. The Kansas City native faced four shots against Big East foe Marquette on Sunday and saved every one in addition to her one save against Eastern Illinois. Stuteville played all 180 minutes in goal for the Cardinals on opening weekend as she continues to climb the ladder in the Ball State record book toward most shutouts and most wins.

Kelly made two saves on three shots on goal in a complete game effort at Navy on Thursday night in the 2019 season opener.
Zoie Reed, Central Michigan, GK
Senior, Woodbridge, Conn. (Amity Regional)
Reed opened the 2019 campaign with a standout effort in goal, keeping UIC off the board for a 110 minutes in Central Michigan's 0-0 tie with the Flames on the road in Chicago. Reed faced 16 shots in total, recording a career-high 10 saves, including two in the extra time. Reed got the start and earned the clean sheet in her first game back after missing the 2019 season due to injury.
Amanda Cripps, Eastern Michigan, MF/F
Freshman, Bradford, Ontario (Trinity Catholic)
Cripps scored in her collegiate debut Thursday, Aug. 22 in Eastern Michigan's tie with Oakland, becoming the first freshman to score in her debut at EMU since Angela Vultaggio in 2011. Cripps has shown to be able to make an immediate impact for the Eagles, firing off two of the Eagles' three shots on goal in the first half against Detroit Mercy after coming on in the 25th minutes. Cripps leads the team in shots (6) and shots on goal (4).
Mabel Dunn, Eastern Michigan, GK
R-Jr., Oakville, Ontario (White Oaks Secondary)
Dunn has started both games for EMU, recording four saves in each outing. Her eight saves for the week have helped Eastern Michigan remain unbeaten (1-0-1) heading in to week two.
Alivia Milesky, Ohio, Midfielder
Senior, Plain City, Ohio (Plain City, Ohio)
Milesky led the Bobcats over the opening weekend of play, helping Ohio to start the season 2-0 for only the second time in program history. Overall, Milesky recorded one goal and recorded two assists on five shots with two on goal. She recorded a .200 shot percentage and a .400 shots on goal percentage. On Thursday, Aug. 22 against Eastern Kentucky, Milesky was pivotal in both goals scored for Ohio, Milesky recorded the assist on Sydney Leckie's goal in the 54th minute, before setting up Abby Townsend golden goal in the 95th minute, helping Ohio secure the 2-1 victory. Overall, Milesky recorded two assists, and one shot and one shot on goal in 95 minutes. On Sunday, Aug. 25 at Northern Kentucky, Milesky's goal in the 61st minute was all Bobcats would need, shutting out the Norse, 1-0, on the road. Overall, Milesky recorded one goal on four shots with one on goal in 73 minutes on the pitch.
Sydney Malham, Ohio, GK
Junior, Nashville, Tenn. (Franklin Road Academy)
Malham helped lead Ohio to a 2-0 opening weekend this past weekend. Overall, in 139:12 minutes, Malham allowed on goal and made six saves on seven shots on goal. She registered a 0.650 goals against average and a .857 save percentage. On Aug. 22 in the season opener, Malham allowed one goal and made five saves in 94 minutes in the Bobcats 2-1 OT victory. Then on Aug. 25 at NKU, Malham did not allow a goal and recorded one save in 45 minutes in the Bobcats 1-0 win.
