Female Scholar Athlete of the Week: April 22nd – April 28th, 2019
Miami's Emily Struble, Tennis (Senior, 3.98, Speech Pathology)
Emily Struble was named MAC Tournament MVP after the RedHawks claimed the 2019 MAC Tournament Championship. With the score tied 3-3 in the finals, Struble came away with a clutch three-set win at No. 2 singles to give Miami the championship win. She also went 2-0 in doubles play over the weekend.

Kent State's Ben Carew, Baseball - Outfield (Redshirt Sophomore, 3.785, Business Management)
Ben Carew had a monster weekend at the plate with a slash of .471/.500/.941 to lead Kent State to its fourth Mid-American Conference series victory in a row. Carew totaled 7 runs scored, 8 hits, 2 doubles, 2 home runs and 6 RBIs while recording multiple runs, hits and RBIs in 3 of 4 games.
