Men's Tennis Splits Doubleheader
SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The Ball State men's tennis team wrapped up its spring break action in California Monday with a doubleheader. The Cardinals (3-4) won their first match 5-2 over Villanova and then lost by the same score to the University of California San Diego. Ball State managed to secure the doubles point over Villanova after the No. 3 twosome of Chris Adams and Conner Andersen clinched the first point of the day with their 6-4 defeat over the Wildcats' Dylan Flanagan and Charlie Schuls. The Cardinals also took the top two courts from Villanova as well to sweep doubles action.

Cardinals Drop Match To Pepperdine
LAJOLLA, Calif. - The Ball State men's tennis team (2-6) began its spring break trip in California this afternoon with a dual match against Pepperdine (2-4). The Cardinals fell to the Waves by a 5-2 decision. The No. 3 twosome of Tom Carney and Chris Adams were the lone duo to win in doubles for Ball State today. Carney and Adams took down the Waves' Pawel Jankowiak and Felipe Galvao, 6-2. Pepperdine took victories from the Cardinals on the top two courts to take the early 1-0 edge over BSU heading into singles play.

Binghamton:
Bearcats Fall To Bryant
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Visiting Bryant (9-7) controlled the doubles point and then capped the night with wins in the final two singles matches to pin a 5-2 loss on Binghamton men's tennis (6-5) Saturday night at the Binghamton Tennis Center. The Bearcats trailed 3-2 with the two deciding singles matches extending to a third set, but the Bulldogs prevailed in both tight matches for the final margin.

Men's Tennis Defeats NJIT
NEWARK, N.J. - Binghamton men's tennis (7-5) earned the doubles point before winning four of six singles matches to defeat NJIT (2-6) 5-2 Friday afternoon at The Naimoli Family Athletic and Recreational Facility. Senior Ludovico Cestarollo and sophomore Alejandro Pena teamed for the clinching doubles win at the second spot and then each won a convincing singles match. Cestarollo was first off the court at No. 1 and Pena's straight-set win at No. 6 clinched the team victory for the Bearcats.

Bulls Finish Weekend With Win Over Xavier
CLEVELAND, OH - The University at Buffalo men's tennis team ended the weekend on a high note as the Bulls defeated Xavier 5-2 in Cleveland, OH on Saturday morning. The Bulls came away with five of the six victories in singles action. The Musketeers took the early doubles point with wins at first and second doubles, but UB did secure a win at third doubles as Nickolas Frisk and Villhelm Fridell came away with a 6-3 victory.

Men's Tennis Sweeps Ashland
CONWAY, S.C. - The Toledo men's tennis team defeated Ashland in a 7-0 sweep on Tuesday at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C. The Rockets posted five two-set sweeps in singles action. Kicking things off in doubles play, senior Vince Anzalone/junior Danilo Vukotic defeated Priyank Soni/Colten Clark 6-2 and senior Juan Carranza/freshman Cole Shoults defeated Tche Kun Teng/Stanislaw Grzeslo 6-0 to claim the doubles point.

Rockets Drop Road Match At Coastal Carolina
CONWAY, S.C. – The Toledo men's tennis team fell, 7-0, to Coastal Carolina on Saturday in Conway, S.C. Coastal Carolina clinched the doubles point early with wins on all three courts. In singles play, juniors Danilo Vukotic and Thawin Suksathaporn, as well as senior Omar Espinosa, fought hard in three-set battles. All three started off strong, clinching their first set before falling in the second and third sets.

Western Michigan:
Men's Tennis Tops Valpo, 4-3
KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan men's tennis team remained undefeated at its home court, defeating Valparaiso University 4-3 on Thursday at West Hills Athletic Club. Western Michigan improves to 8-6 overall while staying unbeaten at West Hills Athletic Club at 7-0. Up 3-0, the Broncos were able to fend off a Crusader comeback with a Jannik Opitz win at the No. 1 spot for the fourth point. The match got off to an exciting start in doubles play. Opitz sealed the doubles point at the No. 1 spot in a tie-breaker set to give WMU a 1-0 lead heading into singles competition.
