DETROIT -- Spencer Littleson and Luke Knapke scored 21 points apiece as Toledo beat Detroit 80-72 on Saturday.
Littleson hit 5 of 6 3-pointers and all four of his free throws. Marreon Jackson had 16 points and six assists for Toledo (8-2), which earned its fifth straight victory. Willie Jackson added 13 points and 16 rebounds.
Brad Calipari scored a career-high 20 points for the Titans (1-9), whose losing streak stretched to six games. Willy Isiani added 11 points and three blocks. Dwayne Rose Jr. had 10 points.
Toledo faces Kansas City on the road on Tuesday. Detroit takes on Northeastern at home on Thursday.
Western Michigan 59, Manhattan 58

Jared Printy's 3-pointer with 4.4 seconds left helped lift Western Michigan to a 59-58 win over Manhattan on Saturday night.
Michael Flowers and Brandon Johnson each scored 15 points for the Broncos (6-5) who have won back-to-back contests following a four-game skid. Johnson also grabbed 11 rebounds. Printy made a pair of 3s and scored six.
Printy's game winner followed a three-point play from Elijah Buchanan with 15 seconds to go which gave Manhattan a 58-56 lead.
The Broncos trailed 30-24 at intermission despite shooting 6 of 25 before the break and missing 11 of 21 foul shots. Western Michigan used a 17-4 run to start the second half and led 41-34 with 12:38 remaining. The Jaspers (4-5) responded with a 10-2 spurt and led by a point with 8½ minutes left.
Buchanan led Manhattan with 18 points. The Jaspers now have lost three of their last four.
Texas 87, Central Michigan 76

Texas outscored Central Michigan, 51-34, in the second half on Saturday in topping the Chippewas, 87-76, in a nonconference men's basketball game before 8,587 at the Longhorns' Erwin Center.
The loss, CMU's second straight, dropped the Chippewas to 7-4. Texas, which has won five consecutive games, is 9-1.
Kevin McKay made all seven of his field goal attempts and was seven for nine from the free throw line to lead the Chippewas with 21 points. He also led CMU with six rebounds.
David DiLeo added 15 points, Dallas Morgan had 14, and Rob Montgomery added 12.
CMU will head to Pennsylvania for a nonconference game with Robert Morris (3-8) on Tuesday, Dec. 17 (7 p.m.).
Army 89, Buffalo 76

The visiting Army West Point Black Knights shot just under 65% in the second half and 75% from three point range as they defeated the University at Buffalo men's basketball team, 89-76, Saturday afternoon at Alumni Arena.
Army West point went on to make 11 of its first 13 shots of the second half opening a lead that ballooned to as much as 17 points.
72 of UB's 76 points came from the starting five, led by Johnson, who had 18 points, while adding three assists. Sophomore Josh Mballa had 15 points and seven rebounds, while Jordan again flirted with a triple double for the second straight game. The senior from Cocoa, FL had 14 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists. He also finished with three steals.
Junior Jayvon Graves had 12 points and six rebounds. The Bulls forced the Black Knights into 20 turnovers, but Army West Point also did an excellent job of sharing the ball, registering 28 assists on 35 made shots.
After 53 rebounds against DePaul last week, the Bulls were outrebounded by their Patriot League foe as the Black Knights held a 38-32 advantage on the glass.
Buffalo will continue its five-game homestand on Wednesday when it plays the first of three straight games against Big 4 competition. The Bulls host Canisius at 7pm at Alumni Arena.
