MAC Announces Final Cross Country Athletes of the Week

Men’s Runner of the Week
Joe Ingram, Eastern Michigan
Sophomore – Cincinnati, Ohio/Anderson

Eastern Michigan sophomore Joe Ingram (Cincinnati, Ohio-Anderson) recorded the Eagles’ fastest time at the EMU Fall Classic on Friday, Oct. 25, finishing in 18th place with a personal-best 5K time of 15:55.1 at Hudson Mills Metropark in Dexter, Mich. It marked the second consecutive season in which Ingram has paced the Green and White in their home meet, as he placed 27th with a time of 16:11.5 in last year’s edition on Oct. 19, 2018.
 
Women’s Runner of the Week
Riley Kwiatkowski, Toledo
Junior – Greensburg, Pennsylvania/Greensburg Salem

Junior Riley Kwiatkowski stopped the clock with a 5K personal-best of 18:34.0 to land 19th overall at the EMU Fall Classic in Dexter, Mich. on Friday.

Freshman – Walbridge, Ohio/Edison

Freshman Jonathon Hrivnak set pace for the Rockets, posting a 5K personal-best time of 16:11.0 to take 25th overall at the EMU Fall Classic in Dexter, Mich. on Friday.
 
Kaitlyn St. Bernard, Eastern Michigan
Sophomore – Newport, Michigan/Jefferson

Eastern Michigan sophomore Kaitlyn St. Bernard (Newport, Mich.-Jefferson) posted the Green and White’s best time at the EMU Fall Classic on Friday, Oct. 25, finishing 24th with a time of 18:44.0 at Hudson Mills Metropark in Dexter, Mich. She knocked more than a full minute off her most recent 5K performance, when she clocked in at 19:48.3 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown on Sept. 20, 2019.
