East Division
Cierra Dillard, Buffalo, Guard
Senior – Rochester, New York/Gates Chili
Cierra Dillard averaged 34.5 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 7.5 apg and 4.0 spg on the week, helping lift the Bulls to road wins at Eastern Michigan in overtime and at Miami (OH). Dillard set the single game school record with 43 points at Eastern Michigan, besting the previous mark of set by Brittany Hedderson in 2011, while also pulling down five rebounds and dishing out five assists on the night. The 43 points were the seventh-most points scored by a Division 1 player this season. At Miami (OH), Dillard led the team in scoring with 26 points, while dishing out 10 assists, grabbing five boards and adding three steals. The senior is currently tied for first in the nation in scoring at 25.9 ppg.
West Division
Danielle Minott, Eastern Michigan, Guard
R-Senior – Miami, Florida/Miami Country Day (Syracuse)
Redshirt senior Danielle Minott was sensational for the Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team, Jan. 9-12. Minott averaged 34.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, three steals, one assist, and one block per game to pace the Eagles on both ends of the floor. The Miami, Fla. native started the week off with a record-setting performance in EMU's overtime thriller against Buffalo, Jan. 9. Minott tied the Convocation Center record with 43 points, one of her career-high and the EMU school record she set against the Bulls last season. She went 14-of-27 from the floor, including an impressive 7-of-12 from three-point range, while also adding a team-high 12 rebounds to pick up her third career double-double. Minott wrapped up the week with 25 points against in-state rival Western Michigan, Jan. 12. In addition to leading Eastern in scoring, Minott also grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds for her second straight double-double to lead EMU to a clutch win over WMU. For her career, Minott now holds the top two single game scoring marks and is one of two Eagles to have multiple 40-point performances during their Eastern Michigan career. Additionally, she moved into 16th all-time in career double-doubles and is the active team leader.

Megan Carter, Kent State, Guard
R-Junior – Farmington Hills, Michigan/North Farmington
Megan Carter scored 20 fourth quarter points to help Kent State dominate the final 10 minutes of its two games and improve to 3-0 in league play. Carter drained a pair of three-pointers to ignite a 13-0 run at the beginning of the fourth period Saturday at Toledo and scored 13 of her game-high 22 points in the period. She had 7 points in the final quarter Wednesday vs. Northern Illinois, as the Golden Flashes won back-to-back games when trailing after three quarters for the first time in program history.
Thelma Dis Agustsdottir, Ball State, Forward
Freshman – Keflavik, Iceland
True freshman Thelma Dis Agustsdottir exploded against Bowling Green Wednesday for a season-high 23 points off of 80 percent (8-of-10) shooting from the field, helping the Cardinals defeat the Falcons for the ninth straight time by a score of 77-70 Wednesday afternoon in Worthen Arena. Dis Agustsdottir also pulled down a season best eight rebounds against BGSU and went 3-of-3 (1.000) from the free throw line. She continued her hot hand against Ohio Saturday, rattling off 13 points in the first half, Dis Agustsdottir went 6-of-10 from the field against the Bobcats and added six rebounds and three assists. For the week, Dis Agustsdottir not only shot 70 percent from the field but also 80 percent (4-of-5) from behind the arc.
Nina Farkic, Western Michigan, Guard
Sophomore – Kitchener, Ontario/Cameron Heights
Stepping into the starting point guard position in place of injured Deja Wimby, sophomore Nina Farkic led Western Michigan with a career performance during the slim loss at Eastern Michigan. Farkic was just three assists shy of a triple-double, recording her first career double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. In a career-high 37 minutes played, she established career-high marks in points, rebounds, and assists (7).
Reyna Frost, Central Michigan, Forward
Senior – Reese, Michigan/Reese
Senior forward Reyna Frost remained red hot over Chippewas two-game road swing at Ohio and NIU this past week. On Wednesday, Frost posted her 12th double-double of the season totaling 23 points and a season-best 17 boards as CMU downed the previously undefeated Bobcats 88-70 in Athens. Frost finished the game shooting 53.8 (7-of-13) from the field and was 8-of-11 from the charity stripe in the win. On Saturday, the Reese, Mich., native keep the streak alive for her 13th (9th-straight) double-double as the Chippewas rolled the Huskies, 89-66 in DeKalb. Frost finished with 20 points on 9-of-16 shooting and pulled down another season-high 21 rebounds.
Erica Johnson, Ohio, Guard
R-Freshman – Mansfield, Ohio/Mansfield Senior
Redshirt freshman Erica Johnson (Mansfield, Ohio) was impressive in both games last week, scoring a combined 43 points. Johnson had a career-high 24 in the win at Ball State and Saturday and was one assist away from a double-double with nine. Johnson was 8-of-10 from the field and 3-of-4 from behind the arc in the win over the Cardinals. Ohio's leading scorer in both games, Johnson had 19 in the game against CMU, hitting three three pointers and producing four steals.
Kendall McCoy, Miami, Guard/Forward
Senior – Sylvania, Ohio/Sylvania Northview
Kendall McCoy became the 24th player in Miami program history to reach 1,000 career points, doing so with a 20-point game against Buffalo on Saturday. McCoy is only the 10th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points and 500 career rebounds. McCoy led the RedHawks' offense last week, averaging 18.5 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game - six of those total rebounds coming offensively. McCoy has scored in double figures in seven-straight games. Against Toledo, McCoy was 6-of-11 from the field, including 3-of-5 from three-point range and a perfect 2-of-2 from the free throw line.
Angela Perry, Bowling Gree, Center
Sophomore – Rochester, Illinois/Rochester
Bowling Green sophomore center Angela Perry averaged 18.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game in the Falcons’ two games last week. Perry shot 60.0 percent from the field and also had 1.5 blocked shots and 1.0 steals per game. She scored 13 points in just 19 minutes at Ball State, going a perfect 5-for-5 from the field and adding four rebounds, an assist, a steal and two blocked shots. Then, three days later, Perry had a game-high 24 points at Akron, just one-point shy of her career best. She scored 20 points in the second half alone, including 12 in the fourth quarter. She also had a career-high nine rebounds, a career-high four assists, a block and a steal. Perry made 10 field goals in 33 minutes, setting career bests in both of those categories as well. On the season, Perry is averaging 13.7 points and 3.7 rebounds per game and is shooting 61.0% from the field. She has 16.0 ppg, 5.0 rpg and a 62.5% field-goal percentage in MAC games.
Megan Sefcik, Akron, Guard
R-Senior – Austintown, Ohio/Austintown Fitch
Redshirt senior Megan Sefcik continues to the lead Akron offense to new heights as the Zips improved to 11-3 overall, 2-1 in the MAC, and won back-to-back league games for the first time since the 2016-17 season. On the week, Sefcik scored 15.0 points per game, shot an efficient 40 percent (10-for-15), hit six three-pointers, grabbed 12 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and two blocks, while averaging 30 minutes per game. On a day for the record book for Sefcik, she recorded her first career double-double against Western Michigan in a 72-59 win over the Broncos. The Zips guard scored a game-high 15 points and pulled down a career-high 10 rebounds to go with one steal and block. In their first home contest in two weeks and first league game at the JAR, Sefcik and the Zips took down Bowling Green 74-71 on the strength of the seniors 15 points, three assists, two rebounds, three triples, a block and a steal.
Mikayla Voigt, NIU, Guard
Senior – Slinger, Wisconsin/Kettle Moraine Lutheran
Voigt led NIU with 18 points and four assists per game this week against Kent State and Central Michigan. On Wednesday night, the senior had her sixth 20-point effort of the season with 26 at Kent State, adding four assists, three rebounds, and three steals.
