MAC ANNOUNCES STAFF ADDITIONS & PROMOTIONS
 
Cleveland, Ohio – Mid-American Conference Commissioner, Dr. Jon Steinbrecher, announced today staff additions and promotions for the 2018-19 academic year:
 
- Kadeem Huggins -- hired as Director of Digital Media Services;
- Rachael Konieczki -- hired as Director of Men’s & Women’s Basketball Operations;
- Jeremy Guy – promoted to Assistant Commissioner for Integrated Digital Strategies;
- Kyle Klein -- promoted to Director of Championships & Special Events;
- Heather Klatt -- promoted to Director of Visual & Creative Content;
- Eric Kwiatkowski -- promoted to Assistant Director of Communications;
- Logan Brooks -- named Championships Administration Assistant;
- Rachel Montanari – named Football Operations Assistant;
 
“I want to thank our staff for their continued contributions and efforts to provide leadership, direction and service to our member institutions,” said MAC Commissioner, Dr. Jon Steinbrecher.
 
Huggins brings over five years of video production experience after serving as video editor and videographer for NYC & Company, the tourism office for New York City, and video coordinator for Long Island University’s football program.  During his time at NYC & Company, Huggins was involved in all aspects of research, production, and planning for the tourism office. 
 
At Long Island University, Huggins was responsible for all aspects of video production and planning for the football program including, filming daily practice, games, highlight videos, analytic reports for scouting and team review, recruiting, and promotional pieces.  Huggins is a 2012 graduate of Long Island University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Media.
 
Konieczki is a recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Science in Sport Administration.  Konieczki received her Bachelor of Education and Human Development from Bowling Green State University in May of 2017.  She was a four-year member of Bowling Green’s women’s basketball team and served as team captain her senior year. She was also a member of the WBCA Academic Top 25 Team from 2014-2017. 
 
Konieczki worked last season in Cincinnati’s student-athlete support services department, aiding student athletes in class preparation and development of a ‘game plan’ to assist in completing weekly assignments.  She also served as a graduate assistant in the area of compliance and student life.
