Kent State's Holt Claims Golfer of the Week Honors

After the weekend's competition at the Aggie Invitational, senior Ian Holt finished in a tie for third place at 4-under, after shooting a 2-under par 70 on Sunday. His best round of golf was during the second round firing a 4-under 68. Holt finished the tournament with 12 birdies, with four in the final round. In addition to the top-ranked teams, Holt who is currently ranked 35th in the nation finished ahead of 14 players who are ranked the top-50 golfers in the country. Holt also led the tournament on par 3 scoring at 4-under and one eagle.
