2018 Women's Soccer Academic All-MAC Team Announced
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced its 2018 Women's Soccer Academic All-MAC team Tuesday. A total of 114 student-athletes were named to the team.
The 2017 Mid-American Conference Champion Toledo led the team with 14 student-athletes, while the 2018 champions Bowling Green Falcons and Ohio Bobcats each landed 12 on the squad.
A total of 11 women’s soccer student athletes recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
