The Ball State women's volleyball team remained undefeated at the Stroh Center, improving to 4-0 in the building with a dominating 3-0 (25-16, 27-25, 25-20) victory over Mid-American Conference East Division co-leader Bowling Green Saturday afternoon.

Central Michigan 3, Buffalo 1 // Box Score
The streak is over. Kalina Smith had 17 kills as the Central Michigan volleyball team snapped a 12-match losing streak with a four-set Mid-American Conference victory over Buffalo on Saturday night at the Bulls' Alumni Arena. The victory, CMU's first since a five-set victory at Indiana State on Sept. 8, was the Chippewas' first in the MAC this season. They are 4-18, 1-9 league. Buffalo is 13-9, 5-5.

Eastern Michigan 3, Akron 0 // Box Score
The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team got back to its winning ways with a 3-0 sweep of the University of Akron in #MACtion Saturday, Oct. 20 at Rhodes Arena. EMU (14-10, 6-4 MAC) led UA (11-10, 3-7 MAC) in nearly every statistical category, leading in attack percentage (.354 to .094), kills (45 to 29), digs (48 to 37), assists (42 to 27), blocks (9 to 3), and aces (7 to 2). The win stops Eastern's three-match losing streak.

Kent State 3, Western Michigan 1 // Box Score
Kent State defeated Western Michigan, 3-1 (25-22, 25-21, 20-25, 25-19), inside of the M.A.C. Center on Saturday evening to earn consecutive Mid-American Conference victories for the first time this season. The Golden Flashes (11-13, 4-6 MAC) improved to 6-2 at home this season and will play four of the final six matches of the regular season at the M.A.C. Center.

Miami 3, Toledo 1  // Box Score
The Miami University volleyball team upped its win streak to seven matches and took over sole possession of first place in the Mid-American Conference with a 3-1 (25-20, 25-22, 17-25, 25-17) win over Toledo Saturday afternoon. The RedHawks improve to 17-5 overall and 9-1 in the MAC. The Rockets fall to 8-13 overall and 3-7 in the MAC. Junior outside hitter Taylor Daignault led Miami with a strong overall performance. She had a team-high 13 kills, and made it a double-double with 12 digs. Defensively the 'Hawks were led by sophomore libero Abigail Huser, who recorded a career-high 30 digs.

Northern Illinois 3, Ohio 2 // Box Score
The Northern Illinois University volleyball team won its first five-set match of the season Saturday night, rallying from 2-1 down for a 3-2 (25-23, 25-27, 17-25, 32-30, 15-7) win over the Ohio Bobcats at the Ohio Convocation Center.
