Iago Moussalem, Miami
Junior, Cuiaba, Brazil (Colegio Amorim)
Junior Iago Moussalem was a major factor in the Miami men's win at the Zip Classic in Akron, Ohio this past weekend, registering six event wins and breaking the pool record in the 100 fly. Moussalem shined in his specialities, the 100 fly (47.50) and 200 fly (1:49.26), winning both and winning the 100 fly by almost two full seconds. He also swam a leg on the winning 400 medley relay, 200 free relay, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay teams. Moussalem swam a leg on the 800 free relay team that finished
second.

Sadie Fazekas, Akron
Senior Windsor, Ontario (Sandwich HS)
Sadie Fazekas opened her senior season placing first in three individual events, while also helping the Zips to four relay wins and a first place overall team finish as they hosted the Akron Zips Classic. Fazekas swam the initial leg of the 400 medley relay that finished first with a time of 3:37.33. She anchored the 800 freestyle relay that clocked in at 7:19.32, nearly nine seconds faster than the second place team. Fazekas also helped the 200 freestyle relay (1:31.51) and 400 freestyle relay (3:19.91) teams to first place finishes. The senior turned in individual wins in the 50 freestyle (23.02), 100 backstroke (54.28) and 200 butterfly (2:00.85).

Junior Emma Bradley continued to dominate the distance free competition at the Zip Classic in Akron, Ohio this past weekend, just one week after winning the 500 free and 1000 free during the first conference meet of the season. At the Zip Classic, Bradley won the 1650 free (16:33.67) by almost 27 seconds and was 3.61 seconds faster than the runner up in the 500 free (4:51.69). Her 500 free time was almost seven seconds faster than her 500 free time from last weekend.
Artur Osvath, Missouri State
Senior, Budapest, Hungary / Arany Janos Altalanos Iskola es Gimnazium
Osvath earned the top spot in the 200 butterfly, 200 IM, and the 200 medley during Missouri State's neutral meet against South Dakota. He placed first in the 200 butterfly, 200 IM, and 200 medley during both days of competition. The Budapest, Hungary native helped his team cruise to a 259-94 team win.
