AKRON, Ohio – Led by two goals from Hannah Jaggers, the Ohio women's soccer team (6-7-1, 3-2-1 MAC) bounced back in a big way on Sunday (Oct. 8), coming home from Akron with a 5-0 win over the Zips (1-11,2, 0-5-1 MAC). The victory was their second-straight road shutout and their sixth shutout of the season.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio. -- The Bowling Green State University women's soccer team earned their second comeback victory of the season with a resounding 3-1 triumph over Central Michigan University on Sunday afternoon (Oct. 8) at Cochrane Stadium. Marissa Swindellscored twice for the Falcons (8-5-0; 3-3-0 MAC), while Erica Hubert sealed the win with a goal in the 85th minute. Kathleen Duwve and Victoria Cope shared goaltending duties for BGSU and held the powerful Chippewa offense to just one score in five shots on goal.

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Kent State soccer team (9-4-1, 5-1 MAC) recorded its Mid-American Conference leading eighth shutout of the season, in its, 1-0, victory over Buffalo (5-6-2, 3-2-1 MAC). Senior Hayden Pascoe's goal in the 57th minute proved to be the difference maker, as the Golden Flashes were able to hold on for the win.

MUNCIE, Ind. – The NIU women's soccer team (7-5-1, 4-2 MAC) won their second-straight match in overtime as they defeated Ball State (6-6-2, 4-1-1 MAC) 3-2 Sunday afternoon. Sophomore Kyleigh Dominguez (Geneva, Ill./Cincinnati) scored the game winner for the Huskies in the 94th minute as she was able to slide the ball behind the Ball State keeper for the win.
